By accessing and using the Simply Sparkling Clean website (the "Website") and engaging our commercial cleaning services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website or Services.

2. Services Provided

Simply Sparkling Clean provides commercial cleaning services as described on our Website. Service details, pricing, and schedules will be outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for Services is due as specified in the service agreement or proposal. We accept credit cards, checks, and electronic transfers. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation or rescheduling of Services requires 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee as outlined in the service agreement.

5. Access to Premises

You are responsible for providing Simply Sparkling Clean with access to the premises to be cleaned at the scheduled times. Any delays or inability to access the premises may result in rescheduling fees.

6. Liability

Simply Sparkling Clean is not liable for damage or loss caused by pre-existing conditions or ordinary wear and tear. Our liability for any damage or loss caused by our negligence is limited to the cost of repair or replacement, not to exceed $500.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for securing valuables and sensitive items before our cleaning crew arrives. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Simply Sparkling Clean reserves the right to terminate Services immediately if payment is not received or if the premises pose a health or safety risk to our employees.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Illinois. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Illinois.

10. Changes to Terms

Simply Sparkling Clean reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Website, and your continued use of the Website and Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
